Pros: Nice and informative receptionist at checking. Location is really good. Breakfast was good.

Cons: Room was really dirty. I asked for a cleaning and basically it remained the same (hair and sand in bathroom). It is a bit pricey for this service. Parking is also really pricey. Pool area is a bit outdated and dirty.

Cons: The breakfast room temperature was too cold. A jacket was needed. People without jacket were freezzed. Reduce climatisation by 2 degrees would be a win-win solution: you save energy, you preserve our planet, you save your money and you increase customer confort and customer satisfaction!

Great base for a couple of nights in Miami

Pros: Loved it! Very fresh and modern. Extras like the transfer to and from the beach, and beach beds and waters for the room all helped

An excellent budget hotel

Pros: Excellent value for money. We where in a good location being only a 15-20 minute walk from the beach. The beach shuttle was also very useful. The breakfast every morning was nice and the staff where excellent. We also made use of the beach chairs and the free bike rentals which where very nice additions.

Cons: There isn’t really any negative that stands out to me. For the price me and my friends payed we where very happy with the hotel. Maybe the gym is a bit small.

Pros: Strategic position. Big room, quiet, the mattress too soft instead my taste. Breakfast good quality, selection slightly limited. Staff friendly, attentive to our needs, always very helpful, especially Mei Ly. Beach shuttle service.
