Kimpton - Hotel Palomar South Beach by IHG

Pros: Best Holiday Inn Express breakfast ever, and I have had many. The only thing I did not like very much is the color of the building :-) Otherwise, highly recommended, the people at the hotel do their job well and it shows.

Perfection, nothing to complain about

Pros: I liked how clean everything was. We really felt the 5 star experience

Staffs need to be more professional otherwise very good hotel

Pros: Room is spacious and facilities are good. Remember to ask for coffee maker as it's not available in the room. The staff told me there's free coffee available in the lobby but turns out it's only available till 10:00am. Also remember to ask for free shuttle to the beach.

Cons: Hotel is very good but seems not all staffs were trained to be professional.

Overall a good choice

Pros: The first impression may not be perfect due to location at busy street and not interesting room view, but overall we were happy thet we chose this hotel. Location is very good, close to the Lincoln Road and nice restaurants, especially Peruvian one. If you like walking the beach is not far away (walking distance for us). Also there is shuttle bus and private beach for hotel residents. Our driver Denise was so nice and helpful.

Cons: Extremely expensive valet parking (but we used another one in 10-15 minutes walk 40USD cheaper per night…) and deposit 150 USD per night (we stayed 5 nights = 750 USD - doest not make any sense to me). A bit noisy street (windows are good but stil it is not a perfectly quiet location, maybe other rooms are more quiet).

Pros: excellent staff and nice location (walking to lots of shopping, restaurants and the beach)

Excellent modern hotel for short stay in Miami Beach

Pros: Excellent- clean, modern, friendly staff, excellent facilities - pool, restaurant/ bar, bfast, tea/ coffee. Complimentary tea/ coffee and happy hour is a lovely touch. Valet service excellent.

Good value for money

Pros: Spacious room, nice breakfast / restaurant area and lovely staff.

Cons: No coffee / tea in the room

Pros: Good location, being close to Lincoln Road, but a walk to the beach.

Cons: No evening bar or restaurant. Parking was expensive.
