Comfortable and convenient stay

Pros: Excellent location! We were able to walk most places we wanted to go to. The kitchen was a decent size and well equipped. Clean and comfortable! Would stay there again!

Cons: The only issue was that the tv in the room could not connect to the wifi for some reason. The wifi worked though so we could use our phones for music.

Great place to stay.

Pros: Loved the apartment and the outdoor seating area. The manager was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. Gave us lots of local knowledge to where the supermarket and beaches were. Free coffee when I got there in the apartment. The only slightly downside (but not a problem) was the apartment was a shade dark because of it's position. Other apartments had more light coming in. Kitchen was clean and had everything you would want for a short stay. Highly recommend 1818.

Cons: Apartment slightly dark but not a problem.

Pros: We loved our stay! You can grab a bike for free and enjoy the quick ride to the beach. John from the reception was great! He made our stay even more wonderful:) I would definitely come back there next time.

Pros: The location, the room, the amenities were excellent. Host Mr John was very supportive and helped in whatever we wanted. Definitely will come back again and will recommend friends and family.

Cons: There should have been 02 bathrooms. One bathroom seemed less compare to the size of the apartment.

Pros: The cosy atmosphere of the location. The special entrance and christmas palms . I really enjoyed. The mansgement and staff are all welcoming and sweet. Highly recommended. Will visit again.

Cons: The electricity problem in my room. The fire alarm system constant beeping nd causing discomfort.

Great place

Pros: Nice place, very clean and the patio is wonderful. And close to the convention center

Pros: I liked everything! I booked it last minute and it was super nice surprise. Very spacious apartment, clean, well equipped. Location is ok, walking distance to Lincoln street, 20 min min to the beach. Very nice and welcoming staff. Definitely recommend!

This is my fifth stay at 1818 over 5 years. The place is well kept and cleaned, staff are excellent.

Pros: Convenient location, walking distance to everywhere I want to go.

Cons: Coffee provided by the balcony gone quickly.

Pros: The first room we were given was very small and there was some staining around the bathroom and a stain on the sheets. Pointed it out and got moved to a great room that was much nicer and much cleaner. I think it was just a fluke to get a room that wasn’t a great standard. It was 4 minutes to the center and 15 from the beach. For the money I don’t think there’s better. I will stay again next time I’m in town. But make sure I book the larger room next time.

Cons: Bathroom seals need replacing. Bit brown and worn. Other than that nothing.
