Catalina Hotel & Beach Club

A few nights before a cruise.

Pros: The hotel was a bit outdated however it was in a great location. The free happy hour was great and a good meeting point for guests. Service was good and check in and out was easy. Wifi and air con worked well. Taco Taco restaurant was part of the Complex and had a nice vibe. The value for money was fantastic. Will rebook in a few weeks time following a Caribbean cruse.

Pros: Everything was good. Location perfect, near to the beach and bus stop.

Cons: I didn't received yet my Refundable damage deposit of US$100 They collected by debit card not credit card. So, I want know when and how I will received?

Great location

Pros: Great central location. Pool on roof top of hotel next door which guests could use. Hotel located right outside bus stop to airport & other places as well as trolley buses. Good restaurants right outside the door.

Cons: Lady checking us was not very friendly and hard to understand her Spanish/English accent. But other staff were friendly. No coffee making machine in room, no pool towels were available when needed and 2nd room key not available. They don't allow you to leave your luggage for early/late check in, bit there is a lounge and outdoor area where you can wait.

Fulfilled my needs for 5 nights

Pros: Friendliness and knowledge of staff. Nothing too much trouble

Cons: Area to the bedrooms is dated. Rooms at front noisy

Pros: Very friendly staff! Location! Bar outside with music ! Rooms in Catalina Hotel!

Cons: Poolchairs! Rooms in Manhattan! Had to wait for check in even I was told that I can check in earlier. But they offered me to go to the pool!or leave the suitcases 10 min walk ! And the staff was very friendly!

I would book Catalina Hotel again!

Cons: Der Part of the Maxime war not as good than on the Side on the Catalina Hotel.

Pros: Got upgraded to a suite so much better than previous room on 10/11th January 2024

Cons: Shower did not drain well

Pros: The location was great the room was nice only thing is the bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be other than that we would come back
