Pros: Great location. Nice reception/bar area. The aroma in the whole hotel is gorgeous. Great we could rent bikes for free & the breakfast was lovely. The beach team were fab too!! All the staff were great & couldn’t do enough for you.
Cons: As others have mentioned, there is construction going on and the noise when around the pool area was noticeable but not so much on the beach. It didn’t bother our stay though.

Fab short break after a cruise, had everything we needed on the doorstep and staff were great.
Pros: Location was great straight out the back on to the beach, The staff especially Jeremy on reception were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Cons: There was a bit of construction work going on the hotel and next door but there seems to be a lot going on all over Miami since our last visit.

Pros: They had the best breakfast we had for the whole time while visiting Florida. And no plastic plates and no plastic cutlery as everywhere else. Great variaty of food you could chooose from. There is a reconstraction in progress, but it was not noisy. Pool was great, right next to the beach.

Staff are wonderful polite and very helpful and the hotel is placed in a great position
Pros: The hotel had a lovely funky vibe about it the reception and bar area was very trendy
Cons: The bedrooms were clean and bright the only downside is that the bedroom walls are very thin and you can hear other people a lot !!!

Perfect
Pros: Love the fact the beach was walking distance and love the free 2 hours cycling we ended up riding to the pier which was so beautiful. It wasnt loud so we slept well and got to relax.
Cons: Theres nothing that i didnt like staff were amazing and friendly. Breakfast was open at a perfect time love to have breakfast at 7am-10am.

It is a nice hotel but for that amount of money we paid I would look to stay in a different hotel next time.
Pros: Nice clean hotel. Close to the beach and shops. Friendly staff. Well air-conditioned, had a water fountain and ice machine.
Cons: Our view from the window was terrible - into a next door concrete building. Noisy drunk people chatting in the corridor and I could hear the screaming child through the wall from next door

Stunning hotel that exceeded expectations — with a few downsides
Pros: This hotel was even more beautiful than the photos suggest. It’s huge, perfectly maintained, and full of thoughtful details — from the amazing scent throughout the property to the breathtaking views, spectacular pool, and incredible beach. Every space feels curated and well-designed. The staff was consistently kind, attentive, and well-coordinated, which really made our stay feel special. The room exceeded our expectations: we booked one with two queen beds for four people, but it also had a spacious extra area with a sofa bed where two more guests could have easily stayed. The overall layout was incredibly roomy and comfortable.
Cons: Despite booking the most expensive room option, we were disappointed to be given a view of a construction site rather than the ocean — something that really didn’t match what we expected for the price. Also, the bathrooms were extremely small, which made things uncomfortable for a group stay, especially when they occasionally flooded. Lastly, we found out — only once we got to the beach — that the hotel only provides two beach chairs and no umbrella per room, no matter how many guests are staying. This was not clearly communicated beforehand, and we were even told at the front desk that all umbrellas and chairs were included, which made the situation a bit frustrating.
