Uma House by Yurbban South Beach

Pros: he location was excellent, and the sun loungers on the beach were a wonderful added bonus. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the reception staff are incredibly friendly – they resolve any issue within seconds. The wine hour at the pool bar was a lovely touch and a very nice gesture.

Cons: Unfortunately, it was extremely noisy. The rooms are not soundproof at all – you can hear every person getting off the elevator. Because of this, it was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Another major issue was cleanliness and housekeeping service. The room was not cleaned daily, and when it was, the housekeeping staff would come very late – after 4 PM – just when we were returning from the beach and wanted to rest. One day I specifically asked the ladies cleaning the room to come earlier, and I even left a tip, but the room was not cleaned at all that day.

Amazing stay in Miami

Pros: Very close to restaurants and the beach. Great part of town, everything is within a walkable distance including the main tourism hub from where you can books tours and exclusions for Miami.

Definitely recommend for a stay with access to SoBe but not so deep in the ‘party scene’, access to mid beach restos was

Pros: Great location and facilities. Nothing negative to say.

Cons: Coffee machine in the room would have been appreciated. Beach club was not great-chairs were worn out, we ended up paying for something nicer, bit nice it was included.

Beautiful Stylish Hotel

Pros: Beautiful Stylish Hotel, location perfect close to everything. Pool area lovely . Staff very friendly professional. Room was large decorated well, loved the little inclusions coffee in the lobby , wine in the afternoon, beach lounges etc . If I came back would definitely stay again.

Good choice for a visit to Miami Beach

Pros: Really clean, friendly, hotel in the middle of Miami.

Cons: Parking was a bit pricey. The swimming pool was in a completely different building with access along the street (we didn't use it as we spent our time sightseeing in Miami, so can't comment on how nice it was.)

Sunny relaxing stay at Uma

Pros: Great location short walk from the beach and very close to lots of restaurants. There is a nice pool on the rooftop - the water was a tad chilly in Dec but okay once in (the sea was warmer). Nice day beds beside the pool to relax and catch the sun. The hotels beach area is good - right by a life guard hut and the hotel gives you two beach towels in your room + two deck chairs on the beach (you can also pay extra to hire an umbrella).Hotel room size decent and beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast at a neighbouring cafe was really good - a decent selection of options and all really tasty & made to order - staff were all friendly (some previous guests had commented that they felt the service they received wasn’t good - but this wasn’t our experience at all - the servers were all great)

Cons: The shower / bath was temperamental - the temperature often changed and we generally had to have it to close to maximum heat for it to be warm enough. There also wasn’t anywhere on the bathroom to put your own toiletries so I ended up putting them on the floor. The lifts don’t require a room key to access - so theoretically anyone could come in and go up to the pool etc - unlikely but just a bit unusual.

Comfortable clean, spacious rooms and a central lovation.

Pros: Very large room, very clean an comfy bed. Location was very good and to the beach or nice restaurants.

Cons: Parking was rather expensive (50$), but might be local price level. We went in November (off season), why there was a lot of construction going on.

Spacious and clean! Cute design.

Pros: The room was so cute, but I wish the windows would open to let in a nice breeze. If it had better ventilation it would have been perfect. That being said, it was spacious and came with the cutest record player, which I loved.

Cons: Windows would not open. Poor ventilation. There's a weird perfume smell in the lobby that is very strong and chemically. Would be better if they just let some fresh air in.

Amazing

Pros: Quiet, comfortable, pleasant. Unbeatable location. Excellent amenities and friendly staff with very easy access to the beach. Overall an awesome stay. Congratulations!!

Pros: The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The hotel is clean and stylish, the team welcoming and friendly. Pool area is lovely....all was great.
