Gem

Pros: It's a gem location. Outside sun loungers by the pool. Room was spotless

Cons: The mattress was bad. The couple next argued v loud not the hotel fault but the mattress was more noticeable being awake.

Pros: Perfect for what I needed… one night stop, but it can be good also to spend a few days at the beach. Nothing fancy, Comfortable bed, fridge in the room, cold A/C, no noises, clean bathroom.

Would definitely recommend

Pros: This is a great budget hotel, we stayed for 10 days as it was minutes away from our children's place who we were visiting. It was clean and we slept well every night, we used the full size fridge to store food and drinks and using our own firestick on the TV with VPN let us watch BBC iPlayer. Bathroom cleaned with fresh towels every day and bins emptied. The staff were always around, there is a nice pool and free on-site parking, not sure what else you would need at this price. Definitely recommend

Iconic building

Pros: We loved it. What a beautiful building! Yes, it’s a little rough around the edges but it was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, lovely terrace, better than its reviews

Pros: I loved the slightly run down charm. Used to be a fancy place with a big glass façade overlooking the water. Location is great. Enjoyed sitting outside at night watching the lights of the boats and planes.

Cons: There was a slight weird smell in my room when I arrived. Not sure if it was the AC or the cleaning detergent. Was gone after a couple of hours though. However, the bad reviews on here are completely overblown. (I would give this place 8/10 but I feel like balancing the bad reviews so it got 10)

Enjoyed our stay

Pros: The location of the property is good, staff is good and supportive. 10/10 for cleanliness. Gas station next to property is an added advantage.

Pros: The view on the bay is really beautiful, it was nice to enjoy breakfast on terrace. There is a bus stop nearby to get to south Miami Beach although it’s quite long drive but for us as a tourists it was cool to use it and see the area. The room is nice and spacious

Cons: One day around 7 in morning the fire alarm went off for really long time and it was super loud. On the other side luckily there was no fire 🙂
