Nice hotel and friendly staff

Pros: Well appointed and modern rooms Excellent pool and outside areas Beach loungers and umbrella included in cost Staff were very friendly and helpful

Pros: We got a free upgrade to a suit which was much appreciated. Room was excellent, clean and spacious. Staff quite friendly. Pool was heated. Breakfast was delicious. Beach amazing. Quite at night. Baby crib was comfortable.

Cons: Only one elevator was working. Our room was on the first floor so we were always using the stairs and this was not much of an issue for us.

Pros: It was comfortable. The staff were kind and the room was clean. Also I got early access to the beach and pool when my room wasn't ready so they were very accommodating.

a nice and relaxing holiday

Pros: It was great to be able to walk from the pool to the beach in just a few steps. When booking the hotel, it was listed as very close to the beach, but I didn't realize it would be this close. It was nice to be able to go to the beach with the kids and then quickly get back.

Cons: It was really bad that some hotel guests coming from the beach preferred to clean their sandy feet in the side of the pool where children were swimming and the hotel staff did not notice this.

Pros: Location was great, and the private entry to the beach with beach towels and loungers included was wonderful. The pool area was lovely and you could get some nice food & drinks there quickly and easily. Room was bright, clean and spacious.

Cons: My flight was cancelled so I needed to extend my stay for one night and that process was frustrating. I could see via booking.com there was a similar room type available, but thought easier to ask at reception directly and see if I could also stay in current room. After 20 mins of repeating my situation they told me there were only more expensive rooms available and online was clearly not updated. I said ok let’s go with that then, only to be told they couldn’t actually book it and directed me to book online anyway (where the original room type was still available)...
