A magical start to Christmas in such a beautiful hotel

Pros: Such a wonderful hotel in a superb location. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Exceptional family holiday at a beautiful family friendly hotel in the heart of South beach.

Pros: Excellent breakfast buffet, beautiful setting on the beach, lovely pool, great food, nice offering for families and children. Amazing location.

Cons: The espressos and cappuccinos were an additional charge at breakfast whereas at other premium hotels they are included. Our room was not serviced on one day for some reason. There was no evening turn down service which we usually like.

We highly recommend this hotel and would happily return in the future.

Pros: This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at Miami Beach. The hotel is beautiful in an excellent location, with everything easily accessible. The pool area is outstanding and very well maintained. The staff is extremely kind, friendly, and professional, and the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel is exceptional. Dining was also a great experience — gluten-free meals were well taken care of, which we truly appreciated. We would especially like to highlight our waiter, Ahmet -whose kindness and positive attitude made our mornings brighter and truly started our days on a wonderful note.

Cons: We honestly cannot mention a single negative.

Pros: Great location. Wonderful room and beds. Really nice spa, which is included. Very professional staff. Esp. Ahmet our wait staff from breakfast - he was excellent! Breakfast had great choices as well.

Cons: On one of the days, we had to wait to be admitted in for breakfast.

Excellent value for money on Miami Beach

Pros: Location is excellent. Right on the beach and next to Lincoln road. Service at breakfast was excellent and friendly. Pedro the waiter went beyond, even gifted us fresh mango from his stash. Amazing.

Cons: Little except that there were many small children and it was generally crowded / a big place.

An exceptional beach property that delivers beyond expectation.

Pros: This property exceeded expectations. It looks great on the website but actually is even better in terms of experience, service, location and particularly breakfast. The rooms were well appointed and spacious as well and superbly cleaned. The private beach area on South Beach was a joy, and having loungers included and table service was the icing on the cake. I loved our stay here and I have travelled around the world. It was first class ++

Cons: I struggle to find anything didn’t like. The only thing was a slight wait on a Saturday morning for an outside table for breakfast, but we were late down and hardly a critical moment.

Pros: Location excellent, pool staff and “coach” were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay for our family at Halloween

Cons: The pool side bar should be opened a bit earlier than 11am
