Great stay, but pricy!

Pros: Very nice hotel at a great location of South Beach. Very convenient logistics with well valet parking, concierge service etc.

Cons: Ultimately too expensive for what you get.

Best Hotel in South Beach

Pros: Well!!! What to say!!! Second time in this hotel and the service from a end to another is amazing. I can't never forget to mention the pool staff that goes beyond to make you feel home. If i have to chose some one will be definitely Ori, Armando, Dani. Housekeeping on high standard level, the concierge Sole so so caring. Soon will be back for sure.

Pros: The location is perfect, right in front of the beach. The rooms are big and very nice looking.

Cons: Unfortunately the front desk wasn’t as nice and accommodating as expected. When asking for the invoice of the stay I was told that it couldn’t be printed while they had to by the rules of Booking. Even after I asked them multiple times I had to call booking and have them call the hotel saying that they had to send it to me.

When in Miami definitly one of the best places to stay

Pros: Amazing location, friendly staff , little issue with regular cleaning that was resolved . Amazing coffee at reception . Amazing duck at Mr Chow .

Cons: The cleaning was missed a couple of times not clear why . But they did rectify it when I talked to them

Cons: Noisy area, but that seems to be the case for most of the beachfront places in South Beach All extra's (breakfast etc) are pretty expensive

Best stay in South beach!

Pros: Wonderful space in South beach. Best location, big room with ocean view, super comfy bed. Nice staff always available for anything you may need. Don’t look further and book it!

Cons: No slippers provided during the entire stay. You have always to ask if you need something in the room instead of finding it ready as supposed to be. Bathroom floor not cleaned one day.

Pros: The workers were nice and pleasant. Also, the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons: The housekeeping doesn’t restock coffee and bathroom amenities, we had to ask for coffee to be restocked every time. Also, we were woken up by workers noise everyday early in the morning. It is disturbing when you are on a vacation trying to relax. In addition to that, the music in the lobby was too loud.

Pros: The location is perfect, couldn't ask for more. It's a tranquil setting within steps of vibrant South Beach and Ocean Drive. Pool is lovely, spacious with lots of beds. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Cons: Cabana rentals are $400 a day which is much more than I would expect as they are not huge. Luckily the pool has plenty of beds and the service is fantastic.
