Lovely couple of nights at the Plymouth

Pros: Lovely hotel that was able to accommodate a very last minute booking and sort a cot out for our daughter quickly and without any problems. Loved the decor of the hotel and its proximity to Ocean Drive.

Great location, great staff

Pros: Fab location. Friendly and helpful staff. A huge shout out to Mary on Reception who was so friendly and lovely. It was a shame we didn’t see her to say goodbye to so please pass on our thanks to her - a credit to your hotel

Pros: Spacious and clean room, comfortable beds and bathroom, huge balcony, friendly staff

Cons: On shared places it was freezing because of AC, also there are some construction works outside, which intruded sleeping in the morning

Pros: Great location , room was lovely and toiletries etc high standard ! bed super comfy

Cons: We were in a seperate building which door was left open with no security so anyone could walk in until it was locked at night so not very safe and loud at night

Cons: Bathroom door was not closing, and we had some issues with bathroom lights, but overall, the stay was lovely, thanks to the stuff
