Pros: Location is the star of this hotel, right in Lincoln Road, couldn't be better in South Beach Everyone super caring and all service is great

Wonderful and comfortable stay

Pros: Location was great. Staff were courteous and professional. Service was impeccable. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed.

Cons: I initially booked a room with a balcony and upon arrival I was offered an upgrade which I paid additional for but my room then did not have a balcony. Although I had more space in the room, I would have liked to have a balcony to better enjoy the view from my room.

Pros: The buffet breakfast was very nice. the location of the hotel is very central. the use of sun loungers on the beach is very pleasant. if we come to miami again, the hotel we will stay at will definitely be the ritz again because we had a comfortable holiday.

Stunning!

Pros: Fantastic location and fabulous spacious room with a great view. Breakfast was delightful with a superb seating area. Staff were very attentive and helpful. A very pleasant stay indeed.

Pros: Lovely beach and kind staff there. The location of the hotel is also nice. Delicious lunch in the beach cafe.

Cons: Poor breakfast, very expensive, very small and uncomfortable room with ugly wardrobe. Have been forced to move to a suite.

Amazing customer service - enjoyed our stay in the hotel, the staff made it even better!

Pros: The whole experience from check-in to check-out was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic in making sure the stay was great for us. I recommend this hotel if you're on south beach Miami and looking to be treated right. They will look after you, from valet staff, receptionists (a lady named Asia got us checked in, she was amazing), concierge and literally everyone in the hotel. The Ritz is a beautiful hotel, our room wasn't as big as I expected but it had a balcony which overlooked the beach, the beds were very comfortable and the spacious bathroom had everything needed.

Cons: The price is a bit high, however the service you get makes it worth it as many of the hotels on the beach are priced similarly. We had a bad experience at the 1 hotel so booked the Ritz-Carlton instead and it was the best decision.
