We would love to come back again!

Pros: The apartment is located very close to the ocean and a beautiful beach, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed and even more. We received a lovely gift from the host. By the way, the host, Luis, is very attentive and friendly. He responded quickly to all our questions and gave great recommendations on where to eat and more. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs, umbrellas, and even toys for kids in the apartment. We would love to come back again!

Good value for money, but smaller than described

Pros: The location is just a few steps from the beach. Bus stop and supermarket just around the corner. Small kitchen but well equipped and everything in the appartement as expected. I think, it is good value for money compared to other places. Communication with Luis was outstanding.

Cons: The appartement is much smaller than expected. Description states 65 m2, but it is just above 40 m2. Windows are not closing properly and so the street noise is really loud. Collins Ave is used as race track during nights. Kitchen and bathroom really tiny and air conditon very loud.

Very pleasant stay

Pros: Nice location, easy walk into South Beach along the promenade. Great comms with the host who was very helpful. We were able to check out later than planned and Luis left us some wine and soda when we arrived. Pleasant, comfortable apartment, great wifi.

Cons: Aircon in the living space was quite noisy whether using the area during the day or at night.

Nice accommodation but need to travel further for dining options

Pros: Was in a good area, close to the beach and had chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. The flat was decorated well with a comfortable bed.

Cons: The air conditioning was noisy. The view from the windows was of buildings. The kitchen area was very small with nowhere to put washing up even. There were few places to dine nearby.

Our stay was amazing, our host was super responsive, the apartment is perfectly decorated and an excellent location.

Pros: This place is perfect. The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Also the free trolley right at the front door. The amenities made it feel like home. Excellent property.

Cons: Nothing to fault

Great location and fairly priced

Pros: The apartment is right in the epicenter of everything. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and more. Host is responsive and friendly. Amenities were exactly as pictured. Was clean and towels and sheets were new. Kitchen was well equipped.

Cons: The oven didn’t work too well, the AC was loud and the fan in the bedroom worked only some times. We also had a small issue with the smoke detector battery, but the host resolved it.

Pros: Everything was wonderful. The location of the apartment, the facilities. We enjoyed our stay there 100%. Luis was the kindest host we have ever interacted with. He assisted us in more than one occasion... answered to our messages immediately We loved our stay there.
