Tru By Hilton Ft Lauderdale Airport

Pros: Friendly staff and great breakfast. Quickness to solve a middle of the night issue with the AC.

Cons: The fact the AC went crazy at 3am while we were asleep, but it was quickly solved by reception and maintenance staff.

Pros: The good is a location and ppl working there 🩵 if you have car there is a place (valet 15 per day) or nearby local parking (11 per day)

Cons: The breakfast: is only eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, oatmeal, bananas, apples, oranges, “juice”, coffee, tea. And is ok if it’s one day, but everyday is boring. And also I would say loud AC.

Pros: The hotel design was very modern, with a layout focused on making everything easy and convenient. We arrived earlier than expected, but they did everything possible to accommodate an early check-in for us. We also love that the accommodation is pet-friendly.

Cons: Everything was good during my stay.

Cozy

Pros: The hotel is very nice. the room clean and cozy. Hollywood beach was about 15minutes away lovely strip and great restaurants.

Cons: you have to pay $15 for valet parking. they do not have parking available in the hotel. be prepare to pay that fee . i did see a parking lot adjacent from the hotel not sure if is for public use. if you dont want to pay that then check near by free parking.

Stay before our cruise

Pros: The check-in was done very quickly and efficiently, the big complimentary breakfast was a lovely surprise, and the seating area was comfortable. It was very easy to book our shuttle to travel to the port the next day to start our cruise. The shuttle was on time, and got there within 30 minutes.

Cons: When I got home after my cruise, I saw that they had taken off a larger amount than I had booked it for on Booking.com. After finally finding out how to contact customer service, I did get back the difference within 3 days. The reason they gave was 'a discrepancy between their property systemen abd Booking.com'.

Pros: It was clean fresh and within a good distance from airport and cruise terminal.

Pros: Clean,friendly,good value and comfortable. Staff were fantastic and could not be more helpful.Daphne and Diarra were especially helpful and went out of their way to be kind.

Cons: Maybe could have been a little bit more fridge food choice but no complaint. We were just late.

Pros: Everything was very good, near to the airport, nice room, great bed, very clean place, the hotel people was very nice and helpful.

Pros: Great staff and a nice big room for my wife and baby. Gym was excellent and so was the breakfast.
