I'm an existing guest every visit is like a first-time breath-taking impression.

Pros: Location, Breakfast, comfort, professionalism of staff, cleanliness, attraction of the hotel, convenience of surrounding shops and food.

Cons: stay was too short

Very good location (walking distance to many food & shopping options), rooms/breakfast area clean!

Pros: Public and private area (room) were kept very, very clean ... complements to the breakfast preparation staff and the overall facility housekeeping staff. The front desk woman was really, kind and helpful ... as she let my wife and I check in early and get immediate rest ... as my wife was feeling slightly ill and needed to lay down. Thank you!!

Cons: We actually stayed two non-consecutive nights ... approximately a week apart ... but the price difference paid between the two nights was approximately 30% higher on one of the dates - utilized two separate bookings. Seemed excessive.

Pros: Location was superb. Room was very clean and neat, I was impressed. Breakfast was amazing as usual. Staff was very friendly and professional. This hotel is always my first choice.

The location is central and very convient for shopping

Pros: Location is perfect. The breakfast was good as usual. The staff was pleasant as always. One of my favorite spots.

Cons: Pay close attention to the carpet on the hallways to the rooms. On Level Two, it needed to be vacuumed properly. It stood out to me immediately. It was a turn-off to me being a hotelier.

It was a great experience.

Pros: Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. We asked for extra pillows and covers and they provided them. Breakfast was yummy. the omelets were very tasty.

Pros: Location was great, close to shopping and grocery store. Suite was wonderful, bed so comfortable! Breakfast was sooo good, lots of options. Staff was exceptional, especially Elicia Smith on the front desk.
