Amazing, peaceful, right what we needed for our pre-cruise stay. Food amazing. 100% recommended

Pros: Breakfast options where amazing, room was huge, transportation excellent, we walked right out of the plane to the outside transportation spot and the shuttle was right there. They were still doing renovations to the hotel, which for some people might be a problem, but we did not encounter any problems with any noise or disruptions. 100% Recommended. Walking distance from a lot of shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. We will be coming again for our next pre- cruise stay!!!

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like. It did not affect me directly and is not the hotel’s fault, instead is a sign that people love this hotel. On weekends the lobby gets really crowded in the morning, because people are waiting for the shuttle service to take them to the cruise port. Lots of people and luggage everywhere. It’s just in the morning, after the shuttle leaves everything is cleared.

It was a good and quiet stay

Pros: The room was clean, good and tidy. The view from the window was great. I was on the 400 block. The proximity to the plazas was great.

Pros: We liked the proximity of the hotel to the airport & cruise port, which was our destination. Hotel shuttle was great, local shopping & dining was quite sufficient. Separate company on site for cruise port shuttle. Pool was very nice & onsite restaurant was good.

Cons: The hotel has been refurbished & overall quite well done. The elevators could be spruced up a bit on the inside. We stayed on a Thursday & Friday night. The room rate was $200+ for the first night and jumped to $400 for the second night. I feel this is price gouging that is geared for the cruise ship customer who are awaiting their departures on Sat. $200 a night is the high end for the room. For the many Canadians who are using the hotel there is a 40% exchange rate to add on. Granted I was aware of the approximate cost for 2 nights.65
