Proximity to airport

Pros: Proximity to the airport. Breakfast was great. The gym was very well equipped. Big room and quiet.

Cons: Corner rooms don’t have a shade on the one window so avoid that room if you want complete darkness.

Pros: Fairly new hotel with modern amenities. The room was excellent, well appointed and very comfortable.

Enjoyed the hotel. Would book again.

Pros: Modern clean hotel in a great area for shops and restaurants with in walking distance. Available food was good.

Cons: Needs more elevators. Very expensive.

Pros: We only stayed one night, without breakfast. The rooms were clean, spacious and luxurious. The price-to-value was great. And it was very close to the airport.

Cons: The reception was at the second floor which I am not used to. So it was weired to me, but I am sure it has a reason. There was free coffee in the morning even for people without breakfast, but only until 10 am, given the fact that we had to check out the next day and ran a bit late, there was no free coffee anymore when we arrived at the lobby. Connecting to the internet is a bit tricky, there are two different connections, one is only for special members. I made a call to the back office to receive support in this matter, and they said they will call back, which they never did.

Pros: The hotel was very nice. We arrived early and were able to check in right away. The staff was very nice and helpful. The area is very safe and there is lots of security. Breakfast was delicious. Many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again

Pros: The parking was great, close by to shops and to FLL airport.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Breakfast was good. Shower doors didn’t close properly and water leaked onto the floor. Could hear doors banging in hallway when in room.

Lovely Hotel , we enjoyed our stay, but thank goodness we were able to adjust the Air-Conditioning in our room to suit.

Pros: It was clean, modern, and the staff were a friendly.

Cons: It was uncomfortably cold inside, the air-conditioning was set far too low. We did speak to the staff about this and they explained it could not be adjusted. They said that due to the air-conditioning type, it could not be adjusted and agreed it was too cold,

Pros: Breakfast was great, I’m glad because they had healthy options.

Cons: The only thing is they have a big brilliant screen in outside the building that reflects on the room.

Pros: Modern hotel yet warm vibe. Friendly staff, room was beautiful, rooftop pool with view was amazing, outdoor chess and multiple seating areas, free newspapers, gratis bottled water in room, all exceeded expectations.

Cons: Hated...hated the glass bathroom door. You could hear the urinating (and more); always worried someone could walk in or see. I usually leave bathroom light on with door shut for nightlight but couldn't as it lit up entire room. Breakfast and breakfast service was terrible. Couldn't understand her English, she could barely understand English, no orange juice and didn't replenish when asked, very unorganized, one container of milk left but no straw to drink it. Worst hotel breakfast experience ever, honestly.
