Location primarily for me, close to Ft Lauderdale and Aventura at the same time.

Pros: Location for me was relevant. Food and shops close by, and the Aventura Mall 10 minutes away

Cons: Breakfast was average. Coffee was not strong enough, too light... watery. Eggs tasted like plastic.

Pros: It was a very busy day .Flight cancellation and cruise passengers arriving early for maybe early check in. The girl at the front desk did an amazing job. Very professional.

Cons: Too many people in the Lobby but it was understandable with the circumstances.

Pros: Everyone was super friendly and helpful I was able to check in early which was a bonus. I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. Great selection for breakfast. The free shuttle from the airport was good as well as the paid shuttle to cruise ship. I would certainly stay here again.

Nice hotel, they don’t reply to chat messages.

Pros: Good location for airport, nice big room and helpful and friendly front desk staff.

Cons: Was not able to get a reply through chat. Was expected to call when I arrived to get free transfer, but as a non-US guest, this incurs significant roaming charges.

The stay before and after our cruise was pleasurable and the staff were very helpful.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Patient as we are seniors and needed a bit of extra help with wifi, and moving our luggage.

Cons: The room was too cold and we were not able to adjust the temperature sufficiently. Led to some discomfort.

Pros: The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.. Check in was a breeze. We were traveling in from a long flight and we came in to meet friendly and helpful and pleasant staff. That was so refreshing.. the breakfast was on point and had great variety.. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hotel. Certainly up there on our favorites list!

Cons: Nothing.
