Fab stay, wonderful hotel, lovely rooms with great staff. Pool was nice and warm.

Pros: Wonderful property, Staff were brilliant. Hotel was spotless. Rooms was light, bright and spacious with comfy beds. Pool was nice and warm.

Cons: Wait for the lifts was sometimes a pain, even in quiet times. Sofa bed for kids was rock solid and not comfortable at all. Plus we were just given a towel type sheet. I understand this may be common here, but we were asking for a duvet (which they don’t offer for sofa beds!) or another cotton sheet so you didn’t feel the rough towel like feel of the top sheet. Eventually got one but I don’t see why you can’t have a duvet like on the beds as essentially it’s a bed. Lounge window blind wasn’t as much of a block out of the light as the bedroom blind which woke our child up a little earlier than she would normally.

Pros: Great location near the Cruise ports and downtown Miami. Very modern hotel.

Cons: Could have had some complimentary coffee in the lobby during the day.

Cons: I've made a reservation for family 2+2, but at first my kids did not get a sheets. We asked for it and we got it immediately.

Fantastic rooms

Pros: Reception staff on leaving was incredibly rude however on arrival service was great also room was amazing along with views upgraded before arriving and worth seeing our ship in morning . Would stay again

Cons: Reason for knocking score down was ridiculous payment made at Reception for “Amenities “ this is for pool towels and use of pool. Ridiculous if you only there 11 hours and not using it
