Fabulous location. Amazing staff. Super comfy bed.

Pros: Arrived very early for check in due to an early disembarkation from a cruise ship. Went to the hotel just to see if they would store our bags until later in the day but not only did they store our bags they gave us access to the rooftop pool, lounge area and gym. The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. Kitchen facilities were a bonus. The location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Cons: Our room looked onto a multi story car park directly opposite so blinds closed for privacy was necessary. To be expected in a city location I guess but certainly didn’t spoil our stay.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and accommodating with special requests. Although Miami was experiencing a cold wave at the time, their welcome was warm. The room was clean and spacious.

Pros: Excellent location, beautiful apartment. First apartment we were allocated overlooked a building suite but Manager very kindly moved us on request which we really appreciated

Cons: I think for the cost of Apartments they could provide milk, tea etc for first nt at least little extras that cost little

Cons: Could not go on the balcony nor open the balcony door for the deafening noise from the i guess HVAC system by the garage.

Pros: Washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities in the room, great for between cruises. Very nice bathroom facilities.

Cons: Level 4 next to the monorail, noisy. Previously had a room on a higher level and no problem.

Great experience !

Pros: The room was big and had a balcony. The swimming pool was amazing. Gym working 24 hours. You can find a shop with beverages in a pool floor and coffee at the ground floor. We loved it .
