I would definitely stay there again and have recommended to a friend who is heading off from Miami on a cruise in a few

Pros: The place was close to the new shops and restaurants. Great view from our suite and very helpful staff.

Cons: Could have done with more coffee and tea facilities in the room for 5 people but they did always give us extra when we asked.

Pros: The location was ideal as we departed from the Miami cruising port on our departure. The apartment was spacious light and airy. The views were spectacular and you could not hear any anybody else in Neighbour in rooms or floors.

Cons: The location was ideal as we departed from the Miami cruising port on our departure. However, the quality of the breakfast was awful. We were also charged double for us stay which has been prepaid before we arrived and payments were initiated through my account after departure. This was eventually rectified however extremely inconvenient as I was having to take time out of my cruise to resolve this matter.

Fantastic. Walking distance to Bayside and Kaseya Center.

Pros: Very nicely located with walking distance to Bayside and Kaseya Center. Clean and modern room design.

Cons: 5-star hotel, yet only two small bottels of water for the entire stay. Any extra will cost $6.

Good location in downtown!

Pros: Good location and modern style interior. Very close to the metro station. 15 minutes to South Beach by Uber. The Uber price depends on the time… $15-45 Clean room and building. Cafe in the lobby is good. Swimming pool is also good. Gym is equipped with amazing facility. 6 elevators.

Cons: Housekeeping service was not provided… and there are construction site nearby. Some noise from the restaurant in the night, but it is ok because the vibe is also good.

Beautiful hotel with a great location

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Gale Miami Hotel. Our apartment was spacious with a great view. The kitchen didn’t have any kitchenware, but the hotel kindly provided it when we asked for it. The pool area is very nice with amazing views. We liked the location as there were plently places you can walk to: the bayside, Maurice A.Ferre Park, Perez Museum, Frost Museum of Science, many shops, cafes, restaurants around the area. We could even reach Brickell by foot which wasn’t too far at all. The valet parking is very expensive, but there are so many options around where you can park. We used the Bezel Garage which was just steps from the hotel.

Cons: Everything was fine overall, just a small suggestion: a few basic essentials (e.g. paper towels, few dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent pods) would be a nice touch to have, especially for short stays.

Exceptional in all aspects

Pros: This motel is beautiful, elegant and outstanding in all areas. The food, the staff and the accommodation were exceptional. It is pricey but worth it for a little luxury. Close to some great attractions and a great options for a pre boarding cruise stay

Pros: We stayed 7 nights and the staff was very helpful in every way. The apartment was great an had a great view from the balcony.

Cons: We could not take a water bottle with us to the pool area, we were stopped at the entrance!!!

Pros: Room was very clean. Other advantage is that the gym is open 24/7

Cons: I think that a valet parking is a bit overcharged eslecially when a public garage is wright in front of the hotel.

Morden hotel with great location & gym

Pros: 3mins walk to the Biscayne Bayside, very close to the Cruise Terminal, great location for pre& post cruise stay. Love the gym and the outdoor pool

Pros: I like the location and how close it is the everything

Cons: The cost could be a little lower end as they didn’t provide any complimentary spa days
