What a spoil
Pros: To stay there is an absolute spoil. Stunning architecture coupled with great food and service. Pool area is a bit sacrificed but you can use the sister hotel pool next door if you want to lie at the pool, for the rest everything is 5 stars

We had the most amazing time - thoroughly enjoyed everything and it exceeded our expectations
Pros: Breakfast was super and it was lovely sitting by the pool and having been able to swim before it. Staff were super - attentive without being fussy

Excellent vibe, the restaurant downstairs seems to be very popular for upper class guests.
Pros: Location. Old Italian style building and interior was also very nice.
Cons: Bedroom was very basic. Super high four post bed almost needs a foot step ladder to climb onto. Not sure how shorter people get onto the bed. No desk to put laptops on, although the room was bigger than average (suite). Only a few power points in the room, all behind or next to the bed. Had to ask for power extension cords. The lighting in the room was terrible, with only 2 bedside lamps doing their best to illuminate the entire (large) room.

Beautiful property, but some missing parts of the service.
Pros: The design is beautiful. Also the food was vey good. Some things were half-finished. Like my hotel room door (balcony side).
Cons: Missing elevator. But its logical, as it is very old. The Valet parking was very poor. I was stopping the car to change clothes and when i returned to the car, the waiter catch me in the restaurant area and i decided to eat in the restaurant. So, i parked the car about 2hrs. Later got to pay for this parking a full day fee 100 USD!!! NO LOGIC!

Exceptional from start to finish! 5☆ experience
Pros: From the moment we arrived to check in, the whole experience was 5☆ . We were lucky enough to be the only customers in the hotel , we were given a tour of all the rooms and ending with Gianis Villa ! Wow , so, of course, we upgraded to the villa, and it is spectacularly decedant! The huge double-sided shower is just out of this world , and the double king bed is like a dream ! The food and service were exceptional, we had lunch and then had a beautiful breakfast in the morning by the pool and a swim in the mosaic pool ! There is nothing at all we would have changed , other than moving in . Thank you to everyone who made it so brillaint .
Cons: There is nothing at all not to like here .

Luxury but comes at a price.
Pros: Loved the rooms and food was amazing. Great location for South Beach Miami.
Cons: The pool is unusable in reality as the restaurant is open all day every day. They do give the option to use the hotel next door which I guess is ok. Young staff with not much customer focus if you’re staying in the hotel and should be addressed. Maybe consider using different access for guests staying than those using the restaurant.

Fantastic. A fabulous experience.
Pros: The hotel is unique. Part art gallery part museum part plain made having a beautiful breakfast in the courtyard with pool and fountains you are transported back to Ancient Greece.
Cons: The hotel is very noisy until after midnight.

The Versace Mansion experience
Pros: Experiencing the Versace Mansion. Words just can’t describe. Steeped in history. The staff upgraded us to the Avery Suite. It had private access to the pool which they kindly let us enjoy exclusively after the restaurant had closed. We bathed in it until 2am. This was the last night of our holiday. What a way to end.
Cons: Smaller things like butter were not available for your bread or nothing toast. At this level the hotel should be stocked with everything required. Just a small detail but it was a little Wierd
