Pros: Locatio9n was superb, Receptionist lady was lovely but very disorganised we were a party of 3 couples, she asked if we had booked 6 rooms.

Cons: No lift with heavy luggage

Pros: Location. Staff. Could use lounge, luggage storage and restroom even after checking out. Nice old fashioned rooms. Microwave was an added attraction. Louise, Maria and Lauda were quite nice.

Cons: Nothing really. Note that there are no elevators.

Pros: There was no breakfast but you have a lot of options nearby. The location is great, close to the beach and to CVS/pharmacy and a lot of restaurants. Big thanks to Luis for his hospitality and kindness.

Pros: Location is very good near miami beach and cvs pharmacy around the corner for your toiletries, water snacks etc. Quality restaurants nearby, cuban etc. Fun bars and nightlife also nearby. cleaning staff were friendly and respectful. Receptionist nice gave me kettle for room to make tea. But there is already coffee machine in room. Good adjustable air conditioning in room. Comfy beds. Would stay again.

Pros: Location is amazing . Walk to the beach , restaurants, beautiful Italian bakery for breakfast/ lunch right around the Conner . Walking distance to Linkoln Rd clothes shops restaurants.

Cons: Old inside , needs updating . A bit of noise from outside at night.

Pros: The location was perfect for beach, shops, restaurants, transportation. Hotel was clean and tidy.

Cons: Had payment issue when check in and had to solve by cash.

Location location location

Pros: The location is just absolutely phenomenal. Very close to the heart of ocean drive. Luiz at the reception was also very helpful, friendly and professional he really did make a difference with helpful suggestions on day trips and places to eat around for breakfast.

Cons: Reception operates for half a day only so any problems after 10pm were yours to solve or live with (potentially). TV didn't work or the phone. The furniture was a bit dated and made the room look the same. Bathroom looked even older but everything was clean.
