Wonderful oasis in the loveliest part of Miami Beach

Pros: The grounds are beautiful and our room had a view on the courtyard

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect. The welcome wine was a nice touch but it wasn't good!

Pros: Beautiful property! Felt like I was entering a hotel in Rome. I love how clean the hotel and rooms were. The interior decor was really nice, great pricing and staff was extremely accommodating! Will definitely be back. Also, location is so perfect. The beach is right there and you have access to chairs and towels thanks to the awesome hotel.

Pros: Las camas, el orden de la habitación, el baño, todo bien. El acceso al Boulan es útil también. La atención del personal muy buena, facilidad de tener varios restaurantes y tienda de conveniencia cerca. También en acceso a la piscina y playa.

Pros: La ubicación, la pieza y baño equipados, la limpieza y buen desayuno, lo sirven en orange blossom.

Cons: Hubo una pareja en la pieza de al lado mío que pasó como 3 días peleando on and off, gritaban de una forma, especialmente la tipa!! Llamé a recepción y nadie hizo nada me dijo que no tenía a nadie que fuera a hablar con ellos, mal ! Aparte de eso todo bien, pero el hotel tiene que preocuparse de la tranquilidad de sus guests.

Cons: Que no te incluya desayuno y que te cobren 300 dolares en el loby, eso adicional a lo que ya has pagado como reserva. Que te cobran aparte en algunas sillas en la piscina, tienes que reservar y pagar

Great comfy hotel in a prime local close to the beach.

Pros: The facilities and room was excellent, very clean and comfortable.

Cons: I think that there could have been more information in regards to the amenities, for example: pool opening and closing time. Additionally some information cards about what there is to do in Miami would’ve been very helpful, especially for tourists like us.
