Loved our stay!!

Pros: Loved the style of the hotel. Loved the location . Loved that it had a restaurant and roof top pool. Pet friendly #1 reason

Cons: No parking on site and had to pay

Riviera feels like home as it combines hotel convenience with residential comfort.

Pros: We are from Nairobi, Kenya and we booked the Riviera Suites as we wanted accommodation near the Miami Convention Centre. To our shock, the hotel is like 3 minutes' walk to the convention. This was very convenient for us. Another shock was the room we got. It had a very comfortable sitting area, an equipped kitchen all very good quality kitchenware. The bedroom is awesome. Very spacious with two wardrobes so sharing was easy as each one of us had space to keep our clothes and personal effects. The bathroom is also very spacious and the whole place is cleaned everyday without fail. The Hotel is also surrounded by supermarkets and many restaurants and is also very near the beach. The cost is also something to smile about. The staff are kind and helpful. Let me also mention that when you send an email they respond immediately and this is a sign of efficiency. Unfortunately, we didnt visit the beach because of work. We will definitely book more days next year.

Cons: We loved everything about the Riviera.

Very comfortable and quiet. Front of house was very accommodating but wouldn’t eat or drink at the bar or restaurant

Pros: Reception staff was excellent and very willing to do all that they could. They upgraded us to a suite which was awesome!!

Cons: The bar staff was very cold and felt cheated during happy hour as we were charged more until we overheard say bar staff offering another table a special offer that wasn’t offered to us. Sadly business lost as we would have stayed for more but took our business to another establishment.

Good hotel, worth staying

Pros: The hotel's location is fabulous! They provide beach towels, complimentary breakfast, and coffee—though not every day. P.S. Marvin is the best employee! He does absolutely everything, and whenever he has a day off, things just fall apart—no coffee, no organization. He’s incredibly sweet and friendly. Truly a standout!

Cons: When we arrived, it was already 11 PM, and we guess the hotel had given our room to someone else. We ended up with a different room, definitely not a Superior King Balcony. The room was small, dirty, and broken. The balcony door couldn’t be opened, the safe didn’t work, and the air conditioning was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. Luckily, they changed our room the next day, and it was a big improvement.

Good vibes and close to everything

Pros: Staff are super friendly and the hotel is always clean an smells nice

Pros: We loved the bar which had a great vibe. The breakfast was delicious.. It was central and the staff were lovely and helpful.

Pros: Great location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, quiet away from noisy areas but close enough to walk to everything

Cons: Bar very expensive and limited (free cocktail at happy hour good though)

Pros: Nice, cosy with a boutique feel. Rooms were clean and price was competitive. Location was great !

Cons: No breakfast. The amenities in the rooms were over priced !

Pros: The location was on the top ! Close to the beach ...Just 2 min walk. Nice size rooms with all toiletries. Nice helpful Staff. Blacony is a must if you think to book !

Cons: Breakfast it is not in the same hotel. You need to walk 3 buildings away to get your breakfast which is the same every morning . Just feed up after 4 days

Quick layover in a very good location in Miami

Pros: Location was spot on, not too far from south beach but far enough so your not disturbed by the hustle and bustle.

Cons: it was a one night stay, the hotel was perfectly fine for what I needed.
