Simply wonderful!

Pros: Exceptionally well located, good breakfast and very clean. The lady receptionist was simply wonderful. All the employees make their best to have a comfortable staying.

Pros: I just feel as if the deposit held is a bit to much..plus it takes a while for our banking institution to put it back in our account.can we try something smaller and simpler..maybe hold easy deposit and upon checking out the customer get it back in hand.

Very good location and amenities

Pros: The front desk people were very kind and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good enough. Not super tasty, but good.

Cons: Not once my room was cleaned in the 5 days I stayed. Not enough towels for three people

Excellent value for your money

Pros: The staff not just some staff but all of the staff I encountered were excellent. The breakfast was the best including eggs, pancakes, orange juice, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal and more... The linens and the towels were super clean. The amenities were amazing. Walking distance to The Broward Mall to do clothes shopping and to my surprise I got a massage and some chiropractic service as they were set up in the mall. Also, it was steps away from a lecture I attended only a short bus ride. As the local bus service was only steps away from the facility. Amazing large TV screen to watch movies too.!

Cons: The room was not super clean. The corners in the shower and the surfaces and the carpet was not in clean shape. I didn't go in the pool for fear it may not be clean enough after having one quick look. It didn't have that inviting feeling you would have hoped for. Better to be safe I thought. It takes a lot to maintain a pool. Not easy.

Excellent quality of service

Pros: Excellent quality of service from the staff in general but especially from Rita. My family and I are very grateful to Rita for her kindness and attention. In general, the hotel is an excellent option for families. The location, cleanliness and variety of breakfast make it an excellent option for the price.

Cons: The only point for improvement is the number of towels that were available but when I required them they provided them to me without delay.
