Pros: Great location and great for solo travel. However not much amenities and wish it was earlier check in. Staff super friendly.

Pros: I really enjoyed the location and the interiors of the room. I asked for a quiet room and got it. The courtyard with the small pool is lovely, so is the restaurant that is in the same building and the staff who's also very supportive. Overall I had a great time and would go back! :) The WhatsApp support was also very responsive and helpful.

Cons: -> my AC didn't work on the heating settings and unfortunately this was during the cold days in Miami this winter, which was uncomfortable. I would recommend checking this before the room gets given to a guest, since the only option I then had is to sleep with a lot of blankets, but the rest of the room remained cold.

Clean room in a perfect location in Miami Beach.

Pros: Perfect location. Lockers available in the lobby is a great plus if you need to leave a luggage before check-in / after check-out. It helped us a lot. Room on the 3rd floor was clean. No bugs found. No issues with online check-in/check-out. Instant messaging works well - quick responses. Deposit unblocked as stated in the bank terms. Definitely will consider for next time in Miami Beach.

Cons: Windows are not soundproof - they are leaky and you hear all the sounds from the street. Something to take into account for someone who values silence. For us it was not a huge issue.

Cons: No elevator for my room although it was just 5 stairs but I had a baby stroller so that was abit difficult but I had people help me carry the stroller a few times so it wasn’t that bad

Comfortable rooms, easy access to the ocean, and a distinctly local, unpretentious feel made it a good base for exploring Miami without the typical resort stiffness. A simple, pleasant stay focused more on mood and location than luxury.

Pros: Staf, the Colombian girls were very friendly and helpful at all times! They made the stay worthwhile Great location! Close to everything. It can get loud if you are sound sensitive

Cons: Clean your rooms, not just immediately visible areas but the so called blind spots were disgusting! The pool pretty much unusable due to its tiny size

We had a great time. No noise issues even at NYE. It’s Miami so it’s not for a quiet time!

Pros: The location is great. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. No noise issues. Check in was ok - we were met by a girl who was very helpful. It’s not for the tech phobia peeps. Overall very good.

Cons: Self check in isn’t for everyone but we found it ok. Could do with a little more personal touch.
