Hotel nice and a good spot but room not good enough

Pros: Bedroom very big, no door on toilet or bathroom! Spoke to receptionist and she said it was being refurbished (not good enough as obvious missing)

Cons: Reception unhelpful when said no privacy in room due to missing doors, said it was getting refurbished (friends in room next door to us had toilet & bathroom doors) wasn’t moved rooms.

A good experience with minor details

Pros: We loved the location, the room was clean, and the staff were always kind and helpful.

Cons: The shower head was ajustable but was still very high up. We couldn't get rid of the humidity in the room. The balcony had old cigarettes in the corner and had no chair to sit down on. It took us a long time to find the pool, it seems like the majority of employees didn't know where it was either.

Lovely Stay in prime spot.

Pros: Staff friendly, free bike hire, chairs to borrow for beach.

Cons: House keeping - only towels changed and that's because I asked that said the lady seemed really busy did not knock on our door until 5pm.

Perfect for a one night stay!

Pros: Location on south beach was brilliant right in the centre of everything. Loud at night but thats what you would expect based on location

Cons: Staff member who checked us in was miserable and not very welcoming, didn't even crack a smile...we has been awake for over 24 hours and we were more upbeat than him!

Pros: I really liked the room; it was very clean and tidy, and had all the amenities: a safe, an iron, and a hairdryer. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes to the ocean, the restaurant is delicious, I will be returning there.

Pros: Staff were always friendly and happy to help. Rooms were clean and considering we were over the bar surprisingly quiet.

Cons: The rooms were fine but not much furniture for the size of them. Could easily have fitted a small sofa in there too.

Great value hotel at the best spot in Miami Beach.

Pros: Good breakfast options at a near by cafe. Staff was always available to help with any request. Location right by the beach could not have been better.

Cons: Room had a slight odour of humidity.

Pros: Amazing hotel. Bad reviews are off the wall. Best stay ever!!

3rd visit. Perfect location. Good value.

Pros: 3rd time staying, tagged onto the end of a cruise. A few miles from the cruise terminal. Excellent location on the Art Deco strip on South Beach, beach right in front, beautiful area. Beach chairs provided. Nice touch. Small pool and sunbathing mezzanine, ideal for us for a short stay. Lily at reception excellent and helpful as always! So pleased to see her once again, she is your person. We had a big room, much better than expected. Slept 4 very comfortably. Big bathroom. Coffee machine and water. Al La Carte breakfast served a few blocks down, a lovely morning stroll for a nice setting. People watching. 10% off for food at Versace Mansion. Love it there. No complaints at all. Reasonably priced compared to similar available. Wouldn't try elsewhere. Will hold luggage too.

Cons: The only thing to consider, is the local noise pollution at night. This area is a big party district and one must accept that there will be music and partying in the area. Depending on the location of your room, you may hear bass, or music. The hotel itself is quiet! But the area may play music until 4am on Saturday night. We travelled with two small kids, didn't affect us much. But take ear plugs incase you are sensitive to noise. For us the location and hotel outways this.
