Perfect for families

Pros: Close to Saw Grass mall. Easy to get to from the airport. The room was clean, spacious and had 2 baths

I was well taken care of, I’d stay here again.

Pros: Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. There were some minor renovations happening at the time but they were not intrusive.

Pros: The location and the room is a true suite . Great size, very comfortable and roomy.

Cons: The air condition cuts off and a deafening silence and after some minutes comes back on with a sound that wakes you up…

Courteous affordable home away from home comfort

Pros: Love the staff. Ms. Philips was just wonderful and very helpful. Meet a rude customer there and Ms. Philips remained professional I was so proud to see that. Breakfast was a wide variety. The pancake machine was a hit as alot of young persons was staying at the hotel. I myself loved all the options offered for the oatmeal 10 out of 10. Everytime I travel to Florida I would stay at this location, love it here🙌🏽🤸🇧🇸

Cons: The check in time is a Lil late but I understand and it's pretty much standard in the industry 🤷🏽‍♀️I can't complain about any really. Looking forward to my next stay🥳

Pros: I stayed in a two bedroom suite which was very spacious and comfortable

Cons: Waive or reduce the cost of receiving delivery packages at front desk,, also parking should be free for hotel guest

Overall, we were happy with the hotel

Pros: Room was great, pool was great, breakfast was great. One staff member in particular went above and beyond. We stayed there before our cruise and only realized a week later that we left our jackets behind. We called the hotel and the staff member that was working that morning located our jackets and set them aside for us to return and pick up. We were very thankful.

Cons: Hotel Is dated, there was a water leak on our floor right outside our room that required commercial fans running in the hallway to dry out the carpet. They were loud and ran all through the night.
