Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Star 👍👍 I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, it was spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful 🙏🏻 I have allergies to scents, and this is the first hotel I've ever seen that didn't have any strong fragrances 🙏🏻 And I will continue to stay at these hotels throughout my trip to New York. Thank you so much, keep up the great work! 🌸🌸🌸 By the way, my room number was 426 ❤️ 4th floor ❤️

Cons: Cleanliness is very important to me, and the hotel rooms didn't smell of those foul-smelling detergents. The hotel next door, called Qanta, smelled like a less reputable place; we had to stay there, and I almost fainted from the smell.

Pros: I liked the location with the Broward Mall so conveniently close. The breakfast was varied and delicious/tasty The staff members were friendly and helpful especially Amrita who was superb in her willingness to advise and assist without hesitation. She was an Angel to me. Thank you so much.

Pros: The staff was pleasant. The cookie and drink each evening was nice. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee was amazing.

Cons: Sofas in the dining area are not great for disabled individuals.

Pros: The reception staff were friendly & extremely helpful especially when having difficulty odering a uber on few occasions which they managed to sort out. We were so grateful for all your help & a huge thank you from us!

Cons: The room temperature was too cold so switched it off which made it far more comfortable during our two weeks stay. Think this was due to a gap under the room door to corridor where the air con was always on.

Pros: Cleanliness. Workers kept the Breakfast area stocked and clean on a very busy day. Location was great for Port access.

Cons: Lobby/Breakfast area clientele a bit sketchy. Very cold in Breakfast area. Difficult to sit and enjoy food/coffee. Needs better information regarding restaurants who deliver. My Hilton bag contained 2 bottles of water. My friends was full of snacks.
