A staycation under renovations

Pros: The accommodations were good The closed off bedroom gave lots of privacy even though my relative shared the room I enjoyed my privacy.

Cons: They charged $100 for pets regardless of the size or pounds. My relative did have a pet. A three day stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 night stay/ bottle of wine & cheese-fruit tray at check-in.

Pros: We received fantastic service all around from the wonderful team at the Sheraton.........from our check-in to our departure............Monica made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, Caroline, Franklin looking after our car parking, Bob F&B manager/Chef and his team // Rick, Erika, Jasmin, Kay, including Tom the hotel GM. There are lots of restaurants, shops/services in the immediate vicinity.

Really enjoyed the Hotel and the Staff where very nice would defiantly stay again

Pros: Loved the Breakfast and how close everything was within walking distance

Cons: some of the restaurants where expensive but the shopping mall was close by

Pros: The location is great and the new development around the Hotel is a plus with a variety of Restaurants and other Shops in walking distance. The Breakfast at the Hotel is very good and the staff very attentive to your every request.
