Great value, good location

Pros: Very reasonable price. Best I've got in Plantation for many years. Everything worked in the room, which was a good size. Good location, close to shopping, restaurants etc, and church. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Cons: The door lock stuck a few times. It appeared to have been damaged previously. And check in was delayed because the hotel was full. House cleaning was every other day instead of every day and a bit late in the day.

Fantastic value for money

Pros: Room size Huge and very comfortable bed Wonderful bathroom kept really clean.

Cons: Missing chairs from balcony Odd smell which disappated quite quickly; think it was the cleaning sprays used on the carpets.

Was a great stay overall

Pros: Breakfast was not FREE though and menu was limited....Also the pool should be heated....was very cold in November

Cons: Linens on bed could have been changed every 3 days atleast

One of the best hotels we have stayed in for the price.

Pros: The rooms were large and well maintained. The location was excellent with many restaurants and shops within a pleasant 10 minute walk. Felt very safe in the area which had fast access to interstates.

Cons: The servicing of the rooms was every 2 days which we were fine with but room never done before 2 pm. The rooms were so nice we would still return if we were ever in the area again. Pool was small but well maintained.

A very nice hotel and excellent value for money.

Pros: Staff extra friendly. Very clean and tidy rooms. Nicely located.

Cons: Only criticism was the shower in the bathroom. It was hardly a trickle.

A comfortable stay

Pros: Cathy is an EXCEPTIONAL front desk representative. We wanted to add another night to our stay and she was very attentive and helpful and ensured we were able to do so without a fuss.

Cons: We expected that housekeeping would come but didn’t until the day we were originally scheduled to check out.

Pros: It was very clean, convenient location and the staff was very friendly. Special thanks to Omar, he informed us of a lot of services the hotel offered and was very friendly, he has excellent customer service skills. I love that the hotel provided shuttle service to Sawgrass Mills mall and any other stop within a 3 mile radius

Pros: Nothing special. It was clean and breakfast good. Good first night after arrival in FLL for our Florida roadtrip

Pros: lovely comfortable clean room.great pool and gySuper proximity to the fountains shopping centre with shopping and great restaurants 6 minutes away!

Cons: I suggest they do more with the restaurant called Bar and Bistro. It was ok for breakfast but lunch it seemed closed, and in the evening was not prepared for customers. several food items not available and one evening they had no wine available. They are missing a great opportunity, as I frequently saw guests carrying in take out A good Bistro would do well.
